All That Jazz is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Orders
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user provides contact information and delivery information. This information is used for billing and fulfilment purposes only and is never used for any purpose except to complete an order.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.

Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Newsletter
If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. Users must selectively choose to receive our newsletter. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt-out by using the 'remove' link contained within each newsletter, or by emailing us at allthat.jazz@virgin.net

Reviews
All That Jazz. reserves the right to edit, crop, or modify all book reviews. The review a user submits becomes the property of All That Jazz. If it is selected to be posted on the website, it will appear sometime in the near future. If posted, we only post the information the reviewer provided when submitting the review.

Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. Sensitive financial information is never requested on the All That Jazz web site. All Credit Card transactions are dealt with through our payment partners and are processed through their secure payment servers.

Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. Changes can be made using the 'Edit Account' page, or information can be removed by emailing us at allthat.jazz@virgin.net
