Descriptions of Products All beads are pictured in full colour as close a match to the actual beads as possible. Colour may vary from batch to batch and from monitor to monitor.

Some beads can be affected by strong direct sunlight, cosmetics and chemicals, so care must be taken.

In description, items marked 'gemstone' are semi-precious gemstones. All items marked 9ct gold, Thai or Sterling silver, are all exactly that. Other references to colour for example, gold, silver, peridot, ruby, turquoise etc. are only descriptive of the colour and the products are not actually made of the material.

Returns's Policy We appreciate that it's not always easy buying beads or pendants you haven't been able to touch or see. Therefore if when you receive your order and for whatever reason it doesn't feel quite right, please return it to us within 10 days of receipt and we will be happy either to refund the cost of the item (excluding P&P) or to replace it.

Goods should be returned to us in a condition fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore suggest a form of recorded postage when returning items.

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by e-mail or telephone.

If your order has been despatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address given above. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, including the original delivery charge to you if the whole order is returned, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.

Making a purchase To make a purchase, browse through the beads and other items, adding those you wish to purchase to the basket. When your order is complete, click on 'Checkout', and you will be asked for the details necessary to complete. If you don't wish to order online, please make a note of the product codes that you are interested in and then telephone your order through on +44 (0)1430 434643 in the normal manner

Making a Payment Payment can be made using by credit or debit card through both Nochex & Paypal. You do not have to have an account with either of these companies to pay via this method. UK customers may also pay by personal Cheque or Postal Order.

If you wish to pay by Cheque or Postal Order, either place your order online, selecting 'Cheque / Postal Order' under Payment Method, or telephone your order to us and then send off the payment. Your items will be despatched once the payment has cleared/been received.

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. However, we are often contactable by email outside of these hours. If you leave an answer machine message, during the evenings or at the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.
